To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goods are eligible for a refund up to 14 days after their delivery date.

Goods have to be returned to Cool Wave HOuse in order for the return to be authorized.

Cool Wave House is not responsible for lost mail due to invalid shipping addresses. You may request insurance for your order/package by Cool Wave House at (213) 675-3412 during operating hours. This must be done prior to your order shipping.

If you believe your packages are at risk of being stolen or lost, we advise using taking all necessary precautions with deliveries.
